Journal
Club

Journal Club transforms reading into dialogue, research into reality. Meeting bi-weekly, the Journal Club is a collaborative network where students connect and engage in an intellectual discourse.

Symposium

The Symposium is annual celebration of undergraduate curiosity—a stage where students share their research, ideas, and discoveries with the broader academic community.

Mission
Student Papers in Academic Research Collaborative, SPARC, is the undergraduate research publication of Michigan State University. We seek to promote academic work done by MSU’s undergraduates across disciplines and fields by publishing a variety of papers and creative works. Through advocacy, education, and research, SPARC seeks to build a community of collaborative undergraduate students. We foster ambition and curiosity and encourage interdisciplinary learning through journal discussions, documentary screenings, podcasts, and more. It is our hope that undergraduate students, regardless of area of study, can gain the confidence to interact with professional publications through SPARC.
